THE EQUIPMENT
Hello there. I guess this is where I tell you all about my equipment. Well, for starters I use a Nikon D-200 10 megapixel digital camera just like the one to the left with a bubble level on the hot shoe to help me level things out. Since I do a lot of hiking, I prefer not to be bogged down by too many lenses, so for now, I cary an 18-200 3.5-5.6 Nikkor zoom and a Tamron 28-75 2.8 zoom. Also, I utilize a Kenko circular polarizer, a Hoya NDX4 neutral denisty filter, a B & W ND 1.8 neutral density filter, and a Tiffen Sky 1-A filter basically for lens protection.

For support, I use a SLIK Mini-Pro 2 small tripod, and a Manfrotto 724B Digi Compact tripod with a ball head. This gives me a great setup and not too much weight to lug around!

The Nikon D-200, in my humble opinion, takes awesome pictures!
